    Exercise is very important to us. Without it, we all could be in great danger. We need exercise for a reason: if we do not exercise, we could face consequences such as heart disease and cancer. If we do exercise, though, it could lead to “slower aging, better mood and stronger vision.” In conclusion, without exercise our body could become very unhealthy.

    Physical activities are important components of a health lifestyle. They are important because they give you stronger muscles and muscles help you write in work and in school. When you exercise, blood travels to your head and helps you make new blood vessels. Physical exercise makes things that were hard easier. For example, if you exercise, taking out the trash will be easier for you. In the text, it states “moving quickly makes the heart pump more blood to the tissues. Also, the muscles, they get more oxygen. That helps muscles work better.” This means that exercising helps your muscles work better than they did before.     You should exersize every day. You should also eat healthy foods. There are a lot of physical activities. There is mostly exersizing activities. You also play sports and others.     There are many reasons why physical activities are important to a healthy lifestyle. One reason is that if you are not healthy you have a better chance of getting heart disease or even cancer.One positive reason is that you will not be running around all the time you will be able to do diffrent things.
