Have you ever wanted to play a saxophone? Have you ever wanted to impress your parents and brag that you know how to play the saxophone? Well if you want to know how to play a saxophone, you have to know how to put one together first! Putting a saxophone together isn’t too hard. Read on to learn how to put a saxophone together!

First, wet the piece of bamboo that looks like wood. This piece of bamboo is called the reed. Don’t try ripping or biting the reed because the reed will break. If you don’t wet the reed, it won’t vibrate when you play the saxophone, which is bad. When you wet it, it will taste bad, but after a while, you’ll get use to it. The best size of reed to use when you start is a 2 size reed. The best kind is Rico Royal. The best store I recommend to get a reed at is Rockland Music.

Next, set up the mouthpiece. The mouthpiece is the thing that’s black. Put the skinny part of the reed just a tiny bit under the tip of the mouthpiece. Then put the legisure, which is the gold thing with 2 screws. Put the fat part of the legisure down the tip of the mouthpiece. Make sure the top of the legisure is equal to an obtuse angle or the saxophone won’t sound good. Tighten the screws.  A way to remember which way to tighten is “Righty Tighty, Lefty Loosy.” Don’t turn  it too tight.

Then, put the whole part of the mouthpiece on the cork side of the neck. Put the cork grease on the cork. Then rub the cork so the cork grease can spread. The cork grease makes it easier to put on the mouthpiece. Put the part with the hole on the cork side of the neck. Don’t shove it in. You might break the cork. Twist the mouthpiece in instead.

After, put the neck on the body, which is the biggest part of the saxophone. Don’t forget to loosen the screw  or you could get a cut. Put the other side of the neck (not the cork side) in the medium size hole at the top of the Saxophone. Tighten the screw on the body. Do you think you’re done now? There is 1 more thing you have to do!

Finally, hook the strap on to the circle that’s on the body. It’s good if the tip of the moutpiece is even with you mouth. I recommend the padded strap. If you forget a padded strap, your neck will hurt after you play a while.

Now that your done, start playing by blowing into the mouthpiece!  When you play the saxophone, it makes you calm. If you keep on practicing, you’ll get better at playing a Saxopohone. The best store to get a Saxophone at that I recommend is Rockland Music. Happy playing!JJJ

Do you have a Gyradose?  I do.  Gyradose are considered as super strong Pokémon.  Do you want to know how to get one if you don’t have the super rod?  It’s hard to imagine that Magicarp, the weakest Pokémon in the Hoen, Jhoto, Kanto, and Sinnoh evolves into a Gyradose.  Just close your eyes and imagine the weakest Pokémon evolving into one of the strongest.  Now be prepared to hear how my Magicarp evolved into a Gyradose!

I was fighting a fisherman on the left of Eterna City.  I already beat five of his Magicarp with my Magicarp, I was on level 19.  The fisherman sent out a Gyradose!  It looks like a blue dragon that can fly and has a big mouth with sharp teeth. I used Tackle which is a 35 power move.  It only damaged like 1/10 of its  Health Points (HP).   Then it used Tackle.  It did like 4/10 of my HP.  I could hear the ding-dong when I had low HP.  When I heard it, I felt very nervous.  I kept on using Tackle.  I had to use 6 potions to restore my HP.  Potions are medicine that restores 20 HP.  I felt relieved and ready to finish the Gyradose off.

When I beat the Gyradose, I had 19 Tackles left to hurt my opponent’s Pokémon.  You could use Tackle 40 times.  I got 1001 Exp. Points.  Then my Magicarp evolved into a Gyradose and learned Bite, which is a really strong move.  I don’t know why the fisherman didn’t use Bite.

I felt grand and very proud after going through all the frustration of battle.  I also felt happy that I finally had a Gyradose.  I was amazed to see how strong it was in battle.  I felt like I had made a colossal accomplishment.  Smile
