The Mouse and the Motorcycle by Beverly Cleary

One day this boy named Robby went to a hotel then their  was a mouse named Ralph. Robby was playing with his motorcycle then then. Ralph saw the motorcycle.  Ralph asked if he could play with it. Robby said ok. Then they became best friends. then Ralph asked if he could borrow it. Robby said “I don’t know.”  Ralph said “I will bring it back on time and nothing bad will happen to it.” Then Robby said ok. Then the next day Ralph started to ride the motorcycle then Ralph drove into Robby’s room and saw his mom in there to and she said that Robby is sick. Then by  accident Ralph drove into the laundry basket he almost fell in but he didn’t. The next day Robby was felling a lot better then Ralph gave back his motorcycle then Robby and his family left and they both said goodbye to each other.  I liked this book

Andrew, good job on the book review. What happens to the motorcycle at the end? I thought that I remembered the story from when I was your age. Does Ralph get to keep the motorcycle? Ms. Feiner
