voting is something that comes as a privilege, not everyone all over the world has this right to vote and decide what they want. voting is important and people should take advantage of it, and stand up for what they believe in.
agreed, no one can guarantee a quick trial or any timed trial for that matter. things like this could take years. saying things like that could set someone’s expectations of the process too high and set up for disappointment.
i absolutely agree, you can’t wait for things to happen, because it is possible they might never happen. you need to go out and fight for what you want and what you believe in.
This city seems very elaborate. It seems full of life and new things. Unique things to look at. It seems to have everything you need in one city.
i agree with the above comments, this seems very odd. and i wouldn’t like to pretend to be different characters, it seems childish and immature.
I think Barbara is right on by saying “i get the story before it all goes muddy from the press speculation and DHS spin.” the truth is always in the story somewhere but it is difficult to find due to the ridiculous things the press add onto it. getting the true story first is great.
Marcus is defiantly changing for the better. Being honest with people is always the right way to go. He feels free and able to be himself. Hiding things may feel right at first but telling the truth is always better and makes you feel better as well.
Marcus is trying to be helpful and make people connect through using sarcasm which is not always heard correctly on the other end. its difficult to tell the attitude of a person through a text message because you are only reading words. i know from personal experience, that things could be taken in all different ways than you originally meant it to be taken in.
The media is known for its juicy stories and crazy lies about the celebs. less than half of what you read is true. The media does what they do for money, they dont want to help anyone they talk about. Its strictly business for them. they make up crazy rumors to get attention and to get noticed. they dont care who they hurt as long as they get their job down and get known.
The police got way ahead of themselves. instead of calmly taking care os the situation they acted out in a disorderly matter and injured the people rather than helping them which is what their job is to do.
i agree with raven, people dont realize how much freedom we have, especially compared to other countries. People should be more concerned about learning things about the bill of rights and our amendments rather than stalking the jonas brothers like myself. People should be more appreciative of what they have and realize how lucky we are to be able to do what we do.
I agree with sam from a few months ago, teens like myself are nieve, they think they are always right and that parents are always wrong and are out to get them. What teens need to realize is that the parent is always right and they know more than we do, and are just trying to help us. We need to have an open mind when parents speak because they could really help us.
i agree that privacy has definitely changed in the past few years because technology has gotten so much more serious and in depth that it is easier to hack or make something that is supposed to be kept private, public. While technology is increasing and getting smarter our private information has more of chance of becoming public whether we like it or not.
I think there needs to be an equal balance between privacy and protecting people. If some privacy is lost to protect people, i think its worth it. I would rather have a less private life than getting terrorized and possibly killed.
This seems to be a little much, i do agree that the FasTrak does need to be patrolled but having the camera everywhere and having your ID number be visible in a lot of places seems bit over bearing.
He seems to think he is more superior than everyone he comes in contact with. He thinks he is his own authority and nobody else can over power him. He needs to stop and think before he says things.
Marcus gives off a very stubborn attitude. He also shows how he is not scared of anyone, no matter who they are or how much power they have
Marcus seems to like his bad boy reputation and enjoy being the schools problem. He likes being able to say he did something that caused harm or trouble towards others. Even though he didn’t steal the tests, he would of been proud of himself if he did.
this shows how he let Graciella take the fall for one of his own creations. Although that student did use the device and deserved to be punished, Marcus does not seem to care or wan to take any responsibility for it at all.
it seems like marcus spends all of his time on computers, learning to hack new systems. he seems to focus on his computer skills rather than behavior and people skills.
marcus seems to be to troublemaker but could also be helpful when it comes to computers. He could be beneficial to people while others seem him as a bad kid
